Once the repair is complete, pay through the secure payment link. We then arrange return delivery to your confirmed address.

What if my repair isn’t listed?
Select “I don’t know my fault” for an initial £35 device inspection, or contact us to discuss the symptoms before booking.
Do I need to pay when I book?
No payment is taken at initial repair booking. After the repair is complete and confirmed, we send a secure payment link.
Should I back up my device?
Yes. Back up important data before repair and remove your SIM card and memory card before posting. Do not send passwords through the contact form.
