Send by courierSend from anywhere in the UK. We’ll use your checkout address for the prepaid send-in label and for return delivery after repair. In-store drop-offDrop off and collect at our Sheffield shop. Choose your visit date and time at checkout.

Before you book

When will I pay?

No payment is taken when you book. We confirm the final repair price with you and send a secure WooCommerce payment request after the work is complete.

What is a Booking Label?

Your Booking Label identifies your device and repair order and goes inside the parcel. For courier bookings, the separate prepaid carrier label goes on the outside of the parcel when prepaid shipping is enabled.

How long will the repair take?

Each service shows an estimated turnaround. Parts availability and inspection can affect timing; courier transit time is additional.

How can I track my repair?

Sign in to My Account and open Orders. You can see repair progress, download your Booking Label and pay when the final amount is ready.

How should I prepare my device?

Back up your data, remove SIM and memory cards, and pack your device securely. Do not put passwords or device passcodes in the booking form.
